1. Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return — longer than the UK legal minimum.

2. Conditions for Return

  • Unworn, unwashed, no stains or odours
  • All original tags attached
  • Original packaging included
  • Proof of purchase required

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Underwear, lingerie, bras, panties
  • Swimwear (unless protective liner intact)
  • Earrings and pierced jewellery
  • Gift cards
  • Final Sale items (marked "Final Sale")
  • Items damaged by customer misuse

4. How to Return

Step by step

  1. Email fccu1748@outlook.com with order number and item(s)
  2. We'll send a Return Authorisation (RA) number and returns address
  3. Pack item securely with tags attached
  4. Write RA number clearly on the outside
  5. Ship via tracked service (Royal Mail Signed For recommended)
  6. Email us the tracking number

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless we sent the wrong item or the item is faulty. We recommend shipping insurance — Toravineox is not liable for returns lost in transit.

6. Refund Process

6.1 Inspection

3–5 business days after we receive your return.

6.2 Approval

Refunds processed to original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6.3 Partial Refunds

May be issued for signs of wear, missing tags, or returns after 30 days.

6.4 Refund Amount

Full purchase price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Free Shipping Deduction

If you received free shipping (€80 threshold) and your return brings the order below €80, the original standard shipping cost of €4.50 will be deducted from your refund.

8. Exchanges

For fastest service, return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. Direct exchanges are subject to stock availability.

9. Faulty or Damaged Items

⚠️ Faulty item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a free return label and offer a replacement or full refund.

10. UK Consumer Rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

You have a 14‑day cancellation period after receiving your goods — in addition to our 30‑day policy.

11. International Returns

  • Return shipping can be significant
  • Customs duties paid are non-refundable by Toravineox
  • Mark return packages as "Returned Goods" on customs forms

13. Return Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns or block customers who abuse our policy (e.g., worn items, tag swapping, excessive returns).

15. Proof of Postage

Always keep your proof of postage and tracking number until your refund is processed.
